Our service is available on a 6-month or 12-month plan, paid upfront.

Your plan will renew automatically for your convenience, so you never have to worry about dirty bins again!

Bin Collection Day

We clean your bins on the same day your council empties them, every four weeks.​

Leave Your Bin Out

To ensure we can clean your bin, please leave it on the pavement or driveway where it's easy to access.​

Professional Cleaning

Our team arrives with specialist cleaning equipment, removing dirt, bacteria, and unpleasant odours from your bin.

Fresh & Hygenic Bins

Once cleaned, your bin will be left fresh, sanitised, and smelling great—ready for use!​

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By subscribing to our wheelie bin cleaning service, you agree to the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Subscription & Payment

  • Our cleaning service is available on a 6-month or 12-month prepaid subscription basis.

  • Customers can choose to have one bin (waste or recycling) or both bins (waste & recycling) cleaned every four weeks.

  • Payment is taken in full upfront for the selected subscription period.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled.

  • If a customer's payment card expires or cannot be charged, they will receive an email notification and have up to 7 days to update their payment details via their online account. If payment is not updated within this period, the subscription will be cancelled.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website or calling WKing Wheelie Bin Cleaning on 07464 042965.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the 6-month or 12-month term. Cleaning services will continue until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription will not renew.

3.⁠ ⁠Bin Cleaning Schedule & Access

  • Bins are cleaned on the same day as the council collection.

  • If the local council changes collection days, our cleaning team will adjust accordingly.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their bin is accessible on cleaning day. Bins must be left on the pavement or driveway and must not be locked away.

  • If our team is unable to access the bin, the scheduled clean will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  • By signing up for our service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
